Why should you hire Smile Station Photo Booth?1) Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We value you, your time, resources and expectations. This is not a hobby, it's our name, reputation and business at stake. 2) Preparedness is an important characteristic of readiness. We hope for the best, but plan for the worst. The performance of photo booth equipment requires an electrical power source and an internet connection. In cases where your event venue may not have electricity or WIFI, we've got you covered! We provide portable power banks for all equipment as well as a portable WIFI hotspot. 3) Transparency. We believe in full disclosure. As you can probably imagine, photo booth equipment is a costly investment. As a financial safety net, we carry general liability insurance to cover any damage or loss of equipment caused by the client or guest misuse.

How many hours should you rent the 360 photo booth?We recommend a minimum two hour rental; however, this is negotiable depending on the circumstances. Get in touch to discuss.

What areas do we service?We service the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Travel within a 15 mile radius of area code 20147 is included in the rental rate. For additional travel up to an additional 35 miles (50 miles total), we charge a flat travel fee of $75. Beyond that, we will customize the travel fee based on the event location.

Is our 360 photo booth manual or automatic?Our 360 photo booth has an automatic motor and is triggered by a remote control.

Can the photo booths be rented for outdoor events?Yes, however; the client must provide a covered flat surface to protect the equipment from the elements (sun, rain).

Who covers the cost of Smile Station 360 Photos parking and venue admission?The client covers the cost of parking and admission fees.
